RETURNS

ALL MERCHANDISE ARE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BY OUR STAFF PRIOR TO SHIPPING AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS on merchandise will be accepted, without exception. In the unlikely case of a manufacturing defect, please contact cjaycollection.com within 2 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before shipping or returning any merchandise. By returning any merchandise to us without a RAN, you will thereby relinquish all rights to the said merchandise, which will then become the exclusive property of cjaycollection.com, possession of which shall be retained by us to our complete exoneration, without any obligation of compensation with respect thereto. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, merchandise containing a manufacturer’s defect for which a RAN has been assigned, shall not be refunded, but can only be exchanged for a replacement, or should the same item be unavailable as a replacement, for store credit.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Any items purchased on this website cannot and shall not be delivered to an address outside of Canada

 

How do I return an item?

 

  • You must contact us by email or phone, within 2 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Subject to our inspection,  a Store Credit will be issued once the defective item is returned to and received by us. Store Credits will be issued in the form of a gift card that never expires.

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 2 days of receiving your (RAN). A shipping carrier of your choice may be used for your return. All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent with “signature required” for delivery.

  • Your RAN must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. All products must be in the condition they were when you received them and must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition, with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact in order for us to accept your return. Returns will be refused for any items appearing to have been worn or altered.

How do I track my order?

 

Shipping and handling charges include Insurance and Tracking fees.  You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped -- please be sure to provide us with a valid email address. Your package may be tracked via Canada Post.

What are your delivery options?

 

All orders are shipped using Canada Post.

Orders over $100 receive FREE Standard Ground Shipping.
The cost of expedited shipping is determined by your distance from our post in Montreal, Canada; Total shipping fees for your order will be displayed on the last page of the checkout process. To calculate the cost of shipment for express, click on the Calculate Shipping link on the checkout page, and enter your postal code.

How do I know what size I am?

All of our dresses are sized according to each design; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would normally wear in dress/regular clothing.  To make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements, we recommend that you examine the size chart of the dress you are interested in before you selecting your size. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart” link next to the size option of the dress you have chosen.
